Method / Steps:

  1. Heat oil in a wok (karahi).
  2. Add onion and fry until light goiden.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.
  6. Cover and cook until chicken is tender and tomatoes from a gravy.
  7. Add green chilies and gram masala, cook for 5 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or roti.
